Heather Schmitt is the Executive Personal Assistant to The Belson Group at RE/MAX Olson Estates. Heather grew up in the Midwest and attended UW- Eau Claire.
After college, Heather soon married and had two children. She worked alongside her husband using her flair for interior design and attention to detail to build a successful business of restoring and flipping homes in the Midwest. In addition, they purchased a small hotel which Heather completely remodeled and helped manage. After several years of success, Heather designed and worked one on one with the general contractor paying heed to every detail in building their dream home.
Heather moved to CA 3 years ago after successfully managing her two active children’s schedules, community services, home and operations of her husband’s business. She soon began working for Roy Belson as his personal assistant. Heather is a proven problem solver with a profound ability to multi-task, plan, organize and manage diverse tasks providing unmatched superior support to The Belson Group and their clients. She has been mentored and learned the business of real estate from the inside and with hands on experience.
